Deposited biscuits: 20-25 strokes per minute; production rate per hour will depend on the dough consistency and form of the biscuit (80-100kg/hour)
Wire cute biscuits: 40 strokes per minute
Manual tray loading
Decorations and sandwich type biscuits are to be completed manually
Optional extra rotary nozzles plate with 9 exits:
- Transmission of nozzles by means of an AC motor
- Rotary plate is removed from the extruding chamber without the use of spanners
- 9 bronze off-centre smooth nozzles | Exit: 10mm | Radius: 16mm
- 9 bronze off-centre toothed nozzles | Exit: 10mm | Radius: 16mm
Optional extra wire-cut transmission by means of a cam and dropdown slide:
- Wire-cut arch complete with wire suitable for a mould with 9 exits
- One wire-cut plate, made from anodised aluminium
- One wire-cut mould with 9 exits, constructed from food-grade nylon
