1x20lt fryer
The Tombake 1x20lt Floor Standing Electric Fryer is built for medium-sized catering facilities, with controls positioned above the front door and main terminals housed safely behind the front access panel for easy, out-of-harm's-way access. Stainless steel tubular sheathed elements ensure consistent peak performance, while a 25mm full-bore spherical valve allows quick draining of used oil. An automatic safety cut-off protects against the oil temperature exceeding 206°C. Supplied complete with a drain tank and night lid (baskets sold separately).
