I am writing to recommend Tom Bake’s professional services for your business. I have gotten to know Tom Bake through the supply of quality equipment and installation thereof at our stores over the last year, and I have been impressed with their commitment to quality and their willingness to invest and accommodate Food Lovers with all our requirements.

Through their innovation, they have managed to transform our ovens into efficient power-saving pieces of equipment through the introduction of their TSC (Touch Screen) ovens. These ovens by means of quality manufacturing and up-to-date engineering practices, have managed to control temperature, and power consumption with great precision.

At our Willowbridge store in Cape Town, an opportunity arose where an outdated manual oven could be retrofitted with the TCS control systems. The upgrade was done over two days to ensure no delay to our operations. The testing of the oven was done over a period of 2 months, the findings were as follows:

• Manual oven usage per day – 154.8 kWh
• TSC oven usage per day – 88.57 kWh

In comparison to the previous manual oven, the upgrade resulted in a 42.78% electricity saving.
